The Greene/Washington Teen Adventure Weekend will be Friday and Saturday, April 3 and 4 at WVU Jackson’s Mill State 4-H Camp in Weston, WV. This year’s theme is CSI: Jackson’s Mill. 4-H teens from Greene and Washington County who are 13 and over as of Jan 1, 2009 will participate in group activities, workshops, mixers, a scavenger hunt and, of course, meals and free
time. This training is designed to provide teens with opportunities to share ideas, make new friends and have plain old fun. The Cost is $25.00 per person and
scholarships are available.
Mark your calendar. A brochure will be mailed to teens so make sure you check your mail for more information on this event.

Attention Teens!!!
Two activities for 4-H teens are coming up……
SW Regional Teen Leader Retreat will be Friday through Sunday, March 6, 7 and 8 at Laurelville Mennonite Conference Center near Mt. Pleasant, PA. This year’s theme is LOST, Let 4-H Show the Way! Check out the 11 workshops that you can select from in the enclosed brochure. The registration form is included. Cost is $31.25 per person and registrations are due to at the office by Friday, February 13.

We are checking two facilities—Jackson’s Mills State 4-H Camp in West Virginia and T Frank Soles YMCA Camp near Somerset PA. If you want to be on the Planning Committee, please call the office, 724-627-3745 by Friday, January 16. The Planning Committee will meet on Thursday, January 22 at 7:30 pm. More details later but mark your calendars!
